Ashley represented both us (the buyer) and the seller in a recent purchase and really went above and beyond... she gave a lot of great advice and really made us feel she was in our corner while also doing right (I believe) by the seller. The negotiations went smoothly and we were able to close on a tight timeline, within a month and a half of seeing the house; during that time Ashley was responsive and answered texts and phone calls quickly at all hours of the day and night. She arranged for other agents to cover for her during the few days she was away (at a conference) and was knowledgeable about local real estate; throughout the whole process we felt she was extremely fair and professional to us while also communicating conflicts of interest clearly and honestly and stepping back when needed; overall she made a stressful process much less stressful. If I had to pick a particular strength, though, it would be her local connections - she recommended inspectors, appraisers, pest control, contractors, roofers, etc to us and we've been happy with all her recommendations so far.
