Braedyn was wonderful to work with. We were purchasing long distance from Arizona and were not able to visit Minnesota at the time. Braedyn made herself available to go to homes that we were interested in and she did video walk throughs and sent them to us. She always told us about the home and answered all our questions. When one deal fell through she was right there with a recommendation for another home that we hadn't even known about. She got us set up with a wonderful mortgage company and was even able to recommend local insurance companies. We met Braedyn at the house a couple of hours before closing and everything was all set and ready to go when we walked into the closing. Braedyn made the entire purchase easy and as stress free as buying a house sight unseen can possibly be. Braedyn continued to be there for us after the sale when our movers delayed delivery by weeks and any questions we've had about anything at all. She has been absolutely marvelous to work with. Can't say enough about this wonderful lady.
