There are not enough positive words/phrases in the universe to describe how wonderful it was working with Jacob when we decided to take the big leap and sell our house! We met Jake by chance, and quickly connected on a personal level. He didn't try to sell us on his business, and instead, provided us with a lot of market information and suggestive insights to aid us in our search. After that interaction, we reached back out and asked if he'd be our Realtor and help us find a second home. We shared with Jake our "must haves" and "wants". We knew we were in a HIGHLY COMPETATIVE market, of which Jake educated us on what we'd have to do, when, and how. As we looked are properties that popped up, Jake learned more and more of what we truly wanted.
