I had the difficult task of listing my moms house, in Fairview Park, from my home in central Texas. I used Realtor.com to search for local Realtors in the Cleveland area. Michaels name was one of the 1st names that appeared in the search based on rankings of reviews given him. I now understand why he gets so many 5 star reviews. Michael is a true Real Estate Professional. He navigated me thru the entire process when I came up to list house but also was extremely proficient when we were reviewing and negotiating offers long distance. He is professionally aggressive in the sales process and completely knowledgeable in every step of the listing, marketing and negotiating thru the sale. My moms house had many cosmetic issues but Michaels expertise netted us multiple offers in just 3 days on the market. I was pleased with the outcome of the sale of the house. I rarely give 5 stars in my reviews but Michael deserves them all!

I wanted a realtor who knew how to sell houses and could move quickly and professionally, and Michel did not let me down. If you are like me, you are skeptical of all the five star ratings for Michael Atkinson. I will tell you the only reason I am giving Michael a five star rating is because 10 stars is not an option! Michael was one of 4 agents we interviewed when we were considering selling our home. He supported our thoughts and we decided to go ahead. We did a few days of prep and were on the market. In short, multiple offers, all over asking and sold in 36 hours from first showing. But, now we had to BUY a house and those prospects looked dim. We had resigned ourselves to a rent-and-wait (or build) strategy and we days away from signing a lease, when Michael found us the perfect house! It had gone on the market that morning. Exactly the house we would have built, in a neighborhood we had seen and liked. With Michael's advice we went in with a strong offer and 8 hours later we got the house! I can't say enough nice things about working with Michael. We were able to find a home that was in our price range and perfect for us. Mr. Atkinson made himself available when it was convenient for my wife and I - and he learned our preferences/what we were looking for immediately (The man has a sixth sense about these things)!
About a month after moving into our home Michael came through for us in a big way in helping with an escrow issue. He really went above and beyond in this instance and resolved the issue quickly - something that I'm not convinced a different realtor would have done.

My mother passed away in the spring of 2019.We had her condo to sell along with all of the other responsibilities of closing her estate.
