We were so fortunate to have found Jessica. We had been for months walking in and out of open houses and she happen to be listing a property that we went to look at. We stood and listened to her speak about the property with other clients and she was truly amazing. Her knowledge about the home, her professionalism, knowledge about the market, we just knew she was the one to help us sale our home. We spoke to her and with in an hour of showing the home we looked at she was at our house taking a look. When making such a large decision, I wanted to make sure we picked someone we could trust. Before she left we had our house going up for sale. Every step of the way Jessica was there no matter what it was. She always kept us in the loop no matter what was going on she let us know, from appraisal, inspections, docs we always knew what was going on. Communication was on point. Never had to wonder. Almost everyday she was letting us know the status and next steps. The day the home closed she even came to the house to congratulate us as we were handing over keys.
