Having met Larry changed the trajectory of everything for me and my family. I lived in South Florida my entire life and never imagined being priced out of my own state. As inventory disappeared due to all the Baby Boomers, cash buyers, deciding COVID was the right time to move to Florida housing prices went to the moon. One and two bedrooms that were under $2000 month went up to $2500 to $3500. As an RN it was impossible to pay the asking amount for a roof over head! With in 6 weeks Larry walked me thru FHA only properties, offers, contracts, inspections, appraisals, approval and the closing! I literally couldnt have done this without Larry by my side! There truly are not words of praise high enough, to sing. If you are looking for a relator that does what he says he will do, keeps his word every step of the way, and keeps you on task when all the paperwork is coming at you fast and furious than Larry is the man. I will never be able to thank Larry enough for getting me in a home that I love and that was more than I had hoped for!
