Made things easy and straightforward; has a great contact with a local inspector that is VERY thorough, which I was thankful for. Was able to offer some advice and tips throughout the buying process also.
Eric isnt just a great agent, hes a great person. Hes someone that actually wants to help people and make them happy with their purchase instead of just trying to collect a check. I was a first time buyer so I was extremely nervous and didnt know what to look for but Eric walked me through every little step and explained everything I needed to know. He was always a text or call away whenever I needed him day or night. If you dont use Eric and choose someone else then youre going to overpay for your home or take way less when selling your home.

I'm no wordsmith so it is tough to put into words how far beyond the norm Eric went for us in finding our new home.
