Ben never failed to impress with professionalism and service WAY beyond the call of duty: Ben is an intent listener and creative strategist: For instance, after a couple months of inactivity due to soaring mortgage rates, Ben agreed to keep the original listing and divide/relist a smaller homestead portion since a neighbor wanted any leftover pasture. Ben is full-charge: As I was residing out of state, my vacant listing (10 miles from Henderson) sprung a damaging leak in the home that required quick remediation. Ben recorded the damage and arranged for dependable, reasonably priced contractors as needed. He also helped winterize the place, including getting a new door on the wellhouse. Bens heart is in it: He even took responsibility to keep our orphaned/resident outdoor cat regularly fed/watered for several weeks until a neighbor took her in. Ben is a tough negotiator: Closing for more than we were asking. Ben has integrity: Weeks after closing, he worked to reformat and secure me additional damage data I needed to settle the insurance claim. Ben is more than an A+ agenthe is a friend.
