This was the second time that we worked with Jay Becker. The first time, he was our buying agent and although we were under a tight timeline to buy a house, Jay patiently worked with us and always put our benefits first before his. He was professional and delivered perfectly and we were able to purchase a beautiful house in Sorrento Valley. We happily lived in the house for 3 years and due to business reasons, we decided to move to Bay area and sell the house. We had recently bought a house thru Jay Becker. Ours was one of the tough Escrows as the seller party was least cooperative and had extremely difficult selling agent.
