Sara came through once again. This is the 2nd time that I've used Sara and she was as excellent as before. All I really had to do was choose the property that I wanted to purchase and Sara took care of the rest. What I thought would make it harder was the fact that I lived outside Sacramento so I thought I had to make multiple trips to Sacramento just to get everything taken care of but nope!!! Sara took care of that. She updated me of what was going on with the house and communications she had with the seller's agent. She took care all of the necessary paperwork, scheduled inspections and gave helpful advice. She has connections with anyone you can think of such as all types of contractors, pest inspectors and loan brokers.

Sara Raudelunas was my agent for the purchase of my new home and the subsequent sale of my old home. Sara worked with me and my husband for an extended period of time to find the right property for purchase. This was a challenge in itself, since our list of desires was long and somewhat competing. Once we found "the one" Sara guided us through the process of submitting an offer in a highly competitive market, for a "hot" property. With eight competing offers, some of which were more money, ours was accepted. In short, Sara's expertise was invaluable here, because she told us exactly what needed to be done to get the home we have been searching for so long. After we were in contract, the transaction went seamlessly. Sara attended and guided us through the inspection process, and subsequent credit negotiations.

The sale of our old home was equally successful. The photos turned out great, and the listing was quickly disseminated via various social media accounts as well as listing sites. Sara held open houses, and we were in contract within a week and a half from the listing date.
