Jordan is amazing! He is super informative and was there to answer all my questions. He has also helped a bunch of my co workers find and sell their houses as well. This best thing was that when we walked through houses he would point out so many things that we never would have noticed, he would always say that he would talk me out of more houses than he would talk me into a house and it really shows. Jordan is amazing!!!! I cant thank him enough for what he was able to do for us. We originally used another realtor big name realtor, Mr. Arm spread guy and they had our house on the market for months with no offers. We fired them and hired Jordan at our daughters request as he helped her buy her house and she had nothing but amazing things to say about him. He showed us absolutely everything that they did incorrectly and was able to get our house prepared and it was night and day difference. WOW!!! JUST WOW!!! So when I first came to Jordan I had a pre approval from another lender, that lender was asking that I put down $9000 for a downpayment. I was a first time home buyer and Jordan took his time and walked me through the process. I saw a house that was over my budget that I really really really wanted. So Jordan switched my lender to a way better lender and he got me approved for way more also got me down payment assistance and now I only had to put down $2000 ONLY! Jordan got my offer accepted and he was able to get the house seller down $20,000 lower, he also made the sellers install this gas thing in the basement and also made the seller buy me a home warranty and replace something that cost over $13k. Jordan is the GOAT!!!! oh he also made the sellers cover part of my down payment as well so when we were at the title place I actually got a check back for $700 so I really bought a house for only $1300!! I swear I will not go with another realtor ever.
