Sunshine is an absolute star! We are so glad we started working with her and we believe there is none better with such professionalism, passion (she loves what she does!), care and seriousness with all that she does. She is caring, kind and down to earth. When you are selling high-end homes, you won't someone who is serious, knowledgeable and has the years of experience when you run into snags. She & Tom balance each other and are there with sound advice when there's an issue including some that can be on the legal side. It shows that we like and trust this group with how many years we have been working with them!
