Elizabeth had a strong knowledge of the properties in the local areas, and what she was less sure of, she quickly researched and promptly responded back with clear, dependable guidance from her findings. She managed and respected my time well with open house itineraries. She learned specifics about my interests, factored them into her research and communicated her considerations for the options we viewed, both guiding me toward homes of greater interests and teaching me what I really needed to consider as a home-buyer along the way. Additionally, she clearly communicated contract considerations when it was most helpful, walking me through the processes of negotiation and closing with poise and grace. None of this was near as stressful as I have heard from many of my friends that buying one's first home can be, which was a huge blessing!!
Elizabeth was outstanding in all areas, which I am grateful that I can say free of embellishment. With regard to her knowledge, I mark her as 'good' as she is still relatively new to real estate, and I am particular with my questions and intent. The few things I asked that she quite reasonably had less than 100% confidence in answering on the spot, she quickly responded to me with clarity on. I never in the slightest felt like her knowledge was a limitation in my home-buying experience and would only be surprised that her knowledge exceeded what one would expect from a newer realtor if I did not already know the tenacity with which she dives into new areas and masters them. With regard to her accessibility, I only mark her as 'good' to highlight how well she handled her absence due to her prior commitment to her honeymoon. She notified me ahead of time of her constraints, coordinated with another highly adept, professional peer, Mrs. Catherine Branscum, and followed up as soon as she was able such that I never felt like my home-buying journey skipped a beat. If this is how all West + Main realtors conduct themselves, the organization should be proud. Thank you so much for everything you did to make this a smooth and positive process, Elizabeth!

I always work to maintain a healthy skepticism of the agenda that most often comes attached with sales personnel.
