Beth made the sale process More than convenient! She gave an accurate analysis of comparable homes for sale in the area. the extremely low volume of homes available helped us price the home at a price significantly higher than what other realtors recommended. She assisted the process with the tiny details, even giving me the contact of a repair person to make small fixes needed prior to sale, and picked up a garage door opener that I'd misplaced. She heard me out and took my perspective into consideration and coordinated a smooth process!

Beth really cared for our experience trying to find a home. She didn't talk us into places we couldn't afford, which has been my experience with other people. Beth asked multiple times exactly what we needed as a family and stuck to houses that fit those needs. In the negotiation phase, she made everything easy and explained step by step what she was doing for us. The truly refreshing thing about listing with Beth was that she was SO proactive about marketing. It should also be noted that Beth was compassionate - she didn't just listen to my concerns, she kept them in mind while working on my behalf. She was honest and upfront, she did a great job of helping me with expectation management, and she actively advocated for me as her client. I know this is her job, but I appreciated how much passion she put into it. I never felt like I was merely a source of income. I know that Beth puts her heart into her work and she truly strives to give her clients a positive experience to help them live happier lives with the purchase or sale of their home. It is an emotional process for a lot of people and Beth regards it as such.
