I started working with Sandee when she consulted on my short term rental property. She consistently provided sound advice and was, continues to be, really enjoyable to work with. Shes smart, experienced, and an excellent listener. My sister and I were a hot mess when it came time to sell our parents house, so I brought Sandee in on that too. While my sister and I agreed on many things, we clashed on others. Sandee was amazing in keeping herself above all this and made relevant recommendations, and then other relevant recommendations as us two kids wavered, froze, pushed and/or dug in. And in spite of all our tension, we ended up with a staged house that looked just amazing and fetched a higher sell price than either of us had imagined. We were so impressed. We kept hearing about how stressful the buying process was, but we almost never noticed and we can attribute that to the professional manner in which Sandee handled our business.
We were looking for a condo which has its own challenges compared to a single-family home. Sandee is also an attorney, and though she doesnt give legal advice per se, she pointed out problem details with HOAs that could have cost us thousands of dollars later down the road. As aforementioned, we were so new to the concept of buying a dwelling that we would have never noticed these seemingly small details that apparently are not as small as they first appear.
