Over the years in Great Falls, weve used 4 different realtors and Dori is hands down the BEST! We had to relocate quickly and the fast sale was effortless because Dori understands the industry in and out. Dori was amazing!! As a first time home buyer she made my experience easy and flawless. She is dedicated to her clients in finding the right home! She is patient, hardworking and understanding. She guided me throughout the entire process and was easy to communicate with. We were in a different time zone and she coordinated with me daily while I was still living in Michigan easily. This was important to me as she sent me photos, and did virtual tours that impacted my decision on buying a house .

We told her what we were looking for, our price range, and what was important to us. She showed us several houses that fit our budget, and we ended up finding a place that was perfect. We liked it so much we were nervous and anxious about our offer, but Dori wrote it up and made all the right suggestions. They accepted our offer within about two hours.
But it's not just that she got us the house we really wanted. She saw us through the entire process. She responded to my messages immediately, and often after hours. And she was honest! She would tell us what was right and wrong with any place I asked about, whether it was her company's listing or not. And when we looked for ourselves, everything she told us was correct.
We were from out of town, and we only had a day in town to find a place. Dori dedicated the whole day to showing us around the city and looking at homes. She took us to the good neighborhoods and showed us areas we probably wanted to avoid. Her service was stellar.

Oh my, where to start. Dori is someone who started out as an acquaintance before we hired her to sell our house and buy another. In a few short months, she has become one of our dearest friends who we will cherish forever. She is the hardest working realtor I have ever met (and I've worked with several). After window shopping on the realtor app for over 3 years, the wife and I were serious about a house we found listed below market value. I inquired about the home and Dori was in contact with us the next day to candidly enlightenment us on the history of the house and why it wouldnt be a good investment for our family. Afterwards, we spoke with Dori so she could get to know us and what we were looking for in a home. Initially, we agreed that the Great Falls market was too competitive but within a month found a unique and wonderful home that came onto the market. Dori immediately leapt into action, scheduling the first showing with my wife and I remotely through a live video stream! We were able to get our initial offer accepted, all minor repairs completed, new roof secured and a VA loan approval within a month!!!
