This was my second house purchase with Kyle, and he did a great job as usual. Unlike my first real estate buying experience, this market was extremely difficult to navigate with soaring prices, rising interest rates, and few houses on the market. I was extremely lucky to find a place that I loved for an asking price that I was willing to pay, but I still paid under the asking price because of Kyle's hard work and dedication. In the 2022 housing market, getting a signed sales contract on the table for under the asking price is almost unheard of. Kyle was also quick to get the inspection scheduled less than a week later, and he was a great help in getting the closing date moved up a week to better fit my schedule.
