Everything went as said. Even when things got a bit quiet and scary, we would get a check up phone call from Caryn of how things were looking which really helped with my anxiety through the whole process. It was nice to know when the bank and lawyers were quiet, Caryn would just call and have a nice brief chat about what to expect in the next few days, weeks, and months.

Caryn really did a good job helping our family find a home. We are a peculiar family in that we have three of our seven children still residing with us, have been married 25 years, and have children with special needs. She patiently and without being patronizing I any way helped us discover what we actually wanted in a home. We ended up knowing that we wanted a home with good bones and lots of land. We did not want to pay for improvements that we would not have put in ourselves. Caryn really got us through the journey. For example, our vendor was in a bit of a rush, and after our offer was accepted Caryn arranged for an inspection the following day (a Sunday no less). In a sometimes tense and fraught process, she remained level-headed throughout all of it! I can't sing her praises enough!

Caryn was incredibly helpful as we bought a old farmhouse to fix up from a couple of hours away. Her knowledge and personal experience on bringing an old house back to life - as well as the extensive list of local contacts in the trades she shared with us - were invaluable. She also had great instincts for how to structure our offer to make it compelling, which (obviously) paid off.
