I bought this home in Iowa while I was still living in Colorado. Her walkthrough videos of this and other homes were awesome. She pointed out various things that were important to me. I particularly asked her to let me know about odors, noises, and other things be and she was upfront and honest about these things. I mean, I bought this home without ever seeing it in person and her walkthrough videos made it possible to feel comfortable doing that.
The house was everything portayed in the videos. I strongly recommend her as a realtor for long distance buyers.

I, without any hesitation would recommend Maddie to family and friends. She has a wonderful system set up to expedite the filling out/signing of documents that with peoples lives being so time restrictive is helpful.
