I reached out to Stacy Budinski via social media and was originally interested in a "rent to own program" through Coldwell Banker that she had been giving information about on a community Facebook page. I was looking into renting a home because I thought the housing market was going to be too difficult for a first time home buyer without a cash offer. After talking with a family friend, I started exploring the options of purchasing a home as well. After letting Stacy know that I wanted to look into purchasing and have the "rent to own" as my back up plan she took immediate action. She referred lenders to me, encouraged me to reach out and noted important questions to ask lender. Every lender she referred to me had useful information that I was able to use.
