My only complaint is that it took too long to get the home appraised which meant we had to change our close date. We worked with a company called BOSS appraisals which was a dreadful and painful experience. They were overpriced, slow, and terrible communicators.
Aside from the experience with the appraisal company working with Wendy was great!

Wendy was such a pleasure to work with. I was looking for a country home, lake view, and a specific budget. She always gave great insight on the properties I saw, knowing the area well she provided much needed local knowledge to help guide decisions. I appreciated her inputs, and always felt she had my needs and interest at the front. Her responsiveness was amazing, whatever question I had, she was there. And if she didn't have the answer or information, she got it for me. She guided me on how much to offer based on her analysis of the area, and she was always by my side looking out for my best interests - guiding me through the offer, inspection, escrow, and closing process. She even helped with recommendations on people in the area to get things done once I had the property. I highly recommend Wendy- she's competent, gives good advice -you never get the impression she's trying to sell you something just to sell, and really looks out for your best interests. If you're looking for a solid, local, no nonsense realtor who gets the job done, then she's the one.
Wendy was always there for us through the whole house-buying process. Besides ironing out a few things, I appreciated her enthusiasm for her job. She said many interesting things just about owning a home and when walking through a home with her, she knows what to point out. She knows our community well and was always positive about everything.
