Angela is the absolute best. We got her name from some other friends who bought sight unseen from Alaska... they loved their experience and love their home.. They raved about Angela and gosh we couldn't agree more. This is our second home purchase and a night/day difference from our realtor experience with the first. Angie kept us in the loop through every detail... She fought for us amidst a hot buyers market and landed us our dream home in a multiple offer situation. She negotiated for us throughout the transaction and promptly answered our questions. We were buying virtually from Arizona + she sent videos of each of the homes so we could replay at our convenience. I come from a family of realtors and after sending some of the houses to our family members... they said over and over "wow the voiceover from your realtor is so helpful! she is really really good!" My wife and I relocated to NC from TX in May of 2023 and are deeply grateful to Angela Donohoe for helping us find the home we are now living in. Angela took a personal interest in being our advocate with sellers and repeatedly demonstrated genuine concern on our behalf. We never felt pressured at any time by her and always appreciated her candid assessment when asked about each home/location we considered. We met Angela somewhat unexpectedly in October 2022 after flying to the Raleigh area with intentions to scout out the housing market although we had limited knowledge of the housing market here. We only had few days at that time and needed to explore the area to better understand the current housing market. We met Angela when she made arrangements to show us a home in the area on short notice and with little preparation time. We had not previously made arrangements for Angela to become our realtor but she made a favorable impression by how she interacted with us during that first encounter despite our "inconvenient" request to see the home we looked at. She took additional time to understand our circumstances and the kind of of home that would be suitable for us. There wasn't much available for housing that met our requirements at the time. However, we looked at several homes were able to gather much helpful information about the housing market during that scouting trip because of Angela's willingness to help us navigate and understand the nuances of the current market.
Angela maintained contact with us when we returned to TX after that October 2022 scouting trip. We sold our TX home in April 2023 and returned to NC later in April for an intensive three day home hunting trip. Angela helped us maximize our time during that trip by scheduling many appointments to look at homes. We looked at many homes and she was typically waiting for us to show up at the requested showings. Angela consistently followed up to answer our endless questions that surfaced during these showings. We eventually found a home that was right for us, and Angela helped us negotiate an offer that was accepted by the owner/builder.
