When it came time for me to sell my property, I knew most of the names on the hill. I did see a newer name on social media and on the street. When it came the time for me to have to settle my brothers estate in another state I was a bit lost on who to contact to not only sell his home, but who to contact in the area to get some help in bringing the property up to salable condition to meet California State requirements.
