She surpassed all expectations! First, there was a hostile takeover by family members, who subsequently allowed squatters to reside there. Multiple setbacks just on that one issue; she didn't abandon us. Corona virus resulting in shutdowns and moratorium on evictions further exacerbated moving forward. She still helped my family member with I.D./income problems despite his obstructing sale and uncooperativeness.
Marina stuck thru the court process and performed many tasks associated with the final eviction; at her physical peril she was able to clear the property, renovate it gorgeously within and without, affect all the repair crews, navigate the repair delays, withstood some last minute hassels with the buyers, and after many years we finally closed. She is amazing!

I had interviewed 5 different agencies and Marina was the only one to take notes and confirm understanding of my preferences. Although other agents mentioned having resources to come on property to make improvements, Marina was the only one to mention having potential workers sign a waiver releasing me of any liability should they become injured while on property. I'm sure the other agents would have done the same, but hearing it first without me asking was key. Marina also did not do a hard sales pitch about how awesome she is (she really is, so it is true) rather she spoke to what could happen putting the property up for sale. The marketing, video, etc. of the property. A few agencies tried to push me into signing with them and one actually spoke ill of someone they were mentoring. Total turn off. Marina was the whole package. I knew mine was not the only property she was working to sell, and when I had a question about paperwork, which I had a lot, she made me feel like I was her main focus. This was really appreciated more than I could have expressed.
