We were going to sell by ourselves. Ken called and explained that we were asking too little and how he could get better results for us. He was great to help us understand the process and move things along. Ken was frank, he didn't create unrealistic expectations, and he displayed integrity throughout the process.
We got an immediate buyer, but just before our closing, their buyer's financing fell through which killed our sale. Ken calmed us and we got the house back on the market with another buyer in two days (cash!).
Ken worked through some unforseen details that would have been frustrating for us. We didn't have to worry about that or anything!
We netted more than we would have gotten had we sold on our own, we had none of the details or technical aspects to deal with, and we were able to focus on the things we needed to do.
