It was a pleasure working with Erica from day one. I wanted to make sure my parents were taken care of with the sell of their home and purchase of a new one. Erica was so helpful communicating to my parents what was needed on their end to not delay any steps during the process. It did not take long for Erica to gain my parents trust and make them comfortable asking any questions they had. The selling, purchasing, and moving process can be such a stressful time for anyone, but even at my parents age things were a lot smoother than I could have imagined thanks to Erica. I plan on selling my house early next year and I cant see myself using anyone else to handle the process.
