We were first looking for a home in 2018 and Barbra was awesome. She showed us a ton of houses over a wide area. Then we lost our mortgage. We felt bad that Barbra had spent so much time with us and was not compensated.
Needless to say, when we requalified for a mortgage in 2020 we called Barbra again. Again she showed us a ton of properties from Madisonville to the South and Robbins to the north. She negotiatied multiple deals for us that fell through due to issues with the sellers. She was awesome and comitted to help us find a house.
The property we bought was a difficult sale. There were many negotiations. There were two parcels in the sale and a few other complications. Barbra was great through it all.
She even calmed my anxious wife down a few times when she thought we were losing the house.
I can't say enough good things about her. She is diligent, detail oriented, and knows her job backwards and forwards.
