Frank Crumley listens to his clients and keeps the focus on them, their needs and wishes. When working with other agents, I ended up seeing just as many lemons as homes that could possibly work. This took a good deal of my time and money. I have also found that once a deal has been struck, most agents tend to move on and you're left dealing with the title company.
With Frank, it was just the opposite. With his incredible listening skills he was able to zero in on what I was looking for, making it a decision on which home I loved the most. I have a number of home transactions under my belt, and my experience with Frank stands out as the best. I ended up purchasing a home in Cathedral City while living in Seattle. Frank understood that each visit incurred both time and money.
Frank has a fundamental understanding of buying and selling homes and this works to his clients advantage. He has finally honed skills at negotiation which were indispensable in getting my offer accepted. Working with Frank made the closing a near stress free experience. He was proactive in making sure all the necessary documents were signed at the beginning, saving us from constantly having to sign missed documents.
Franks communication skills are simply the best and a rarity in this industry. Every single phone call, text and email I sent to Frank were almost immediately answered. I cant imagine looking for another home without the help of Frank. And the cherry on top of all of this is the fact that Frank is honest and kind. Frank Crumley is, by far, the finest agent I have ever worked with.
