Maggie was reffered to us as our realitor. While going through the home buying process Maggie was able to tailer the searches to what we where looking for. This was a long process in our case (approximately 7 months of house hunting) and Maggie stayed patient while helping us look at houses that we had little interest in, to our dream home and everything in between. She was easy to communicate with and was accomidating to our schedule. If there was any instances where Maggie was not able to help us see a house, she made sure that one of her collegues was present to provide a tour. Whilst all the offers she had great reccomendations on how to make ours unique and stand out the the seller. When it came to closing day Maggie helped us every step of the way and gave us a thought out and comprehensive step by step guide on what we should expect to complete prior to closing. Maggie is truly the BEST in the business! She made the inevitably stressful home buying experience, pleasant and actually fun. I was buying from out of town and she went OUT of her way to schedule private showings and attend as many public showings with me as possible. On the one occasion she was unavailable to attend a weekend showing, she mapped out and scheduled an itinerary for me, checking in at times to make sure I was alright and on schedule. She was continuously positive, even when the market was frustrating and I couldn't match her positivity. At the walk through of the house on closing day I was greeted with a gorgeous and personalized welcome basket. She truly does not skimp. We first met Maggie in July 2021 when we inquired about a 17th century, historic home in desperate need of restoration. When she met us at the house, it was quite obvious that she was not only a professional realtor who was happy to show us the house, she was ready for an adventure. This was the defining theme for the seven months spent searching for, buying, and closing on our dream home here in the North Shore. My husband and I were looking for something with "historic charm," and that could be anything from an 18th century colonial to a 1969 Cape with an original pink bathroom. Maggie quickly understood what we wanted and absolutely respected our budget. She showed us all sorts of houses that were quirky, weird, and wonderful. She was always honest about the repairs needed to be done and if she didnt know something she went straight to the sellers realtor with questions. When our offer was accepted on the house we are currently moving into, Maggie stuck with us through the entire process the bid, the paperwork, the laws, the mortgage, the closing, etc. She fights for her clients and will go through great lengths to push things forward and get answers. She was constantly in touch with us and we never felt in the dark or abandoned. She is professional, knows her stuff, and can move mountains when things get bumpy. Maggie is knowledgeable and provided an edge in buying a house in this crazy market. She was always one step ahead of the game with recommendations on how to have the most attractive offer. Likewise her communication is as good as she says it is. Sometimes I would send a question or request for inquiry and get a response in less than an hour in some cases being faster than my coworkers to respond. She has good knowledge of the surrounding area (I bought in Nashua, but was interested in Chelmsford, Westford, Tynsborough, and a few other places in Massachusetts) and provided great recommendations.
