Caleb was an absolute blessing for us in buying our first home! Throughout the entire process we had a lot of questions and he answered them honestly and effectively. My biggest concern with buying a home was how long it would take to find something that fit all of our needs within our price range. With our type of loan and price range I thought for sure we weren't going to find anything anytime soon. I honestly don't know how he did it but with his help we were able to close on a home within only 4 weeks of first contact with him! (Yes I checked. It was 4 weeks down to the day!!) I thought for sure we'd be house hunting for months before we found something that would work for us. His service was absolutely amazing and if I could give him a higher rating I definitely would, he went above and beyond to ensure we were always informed and taken care of in this entire process. When we found the home that was everything we had been looking for it needed a few small repairs to qualify for our loan, there were some issues in trying to get these repairs done in a timely manner, so what did he do? He took time during his weekend to make those small repairs himself. We went back to the house to look at the repairs, and as I have been around construction my entire life I made sure to really inspect his work and this guy does not disappoint! It was truly amazing to have this kind of care and service, if your looking around for a Real Estate Agent that is patient, honest and does their absolute best to prioritize your needs when buying a home, this is the guy to call!!!
