I closed on a house with Jacob about 3 months ago. I gave him the task of finding me, a first-time homeowner, a home in a competitive time for real estate. Jacob and I spent the better part of 6 months searching, participating in showings, and making offers in a cutthroat market.

Jacobs knowledge of the business sets him apart. He used that knowledge to secure a quality home for an incredible deal. He knows the market. He knows the house and relevant comps before you even see it. Jacobs ability to understand trends, value, and location are impressive.
Jacob ultimately upholds what is positive about real estate: helping people. He takes pride in what he does, works tirelessly, and has your best interest in mind. I will be using Jacob again. There is no doubt in my mind.

Jacob went above and beyond our expectations. He did everything he said he would and as a result marketed our property to the fullest. Our property had 12 viewings and 6 offers in the first 44 hrs. No offer was below the asking price. The offer we accepted on the 3rd day was well above asking. I highly recommend him, hes young, fresh, eager and knowledgeable. I will use him in the future if we sell again.
