After renting for 18 months and getting a feel for the new town, new job, housing market etc, we decided to move forward with buying a house. We met Chase through Zillow, from the start he was quick and helpful and had an answer for literally any question we could ask. We were new to the state and Chase understood that so he took a lot of time to show us all of the different towns that he thought we would be interested in. Chase is the perfect example of what a real estate agent should be. We absolutely loved his professionalism and his honesty. He would tell us if a property was fair value and even advised us against certain properties as he did not believe they were listed at the correct price. He made the process of buying a house fun and exciting, he felt like a friend who happened to be our real estate agent.
