This was the 1st time we used a realtor for the purchase of a home. Allie was helpful in showing us different areas to look at in our "discovery phase" to see where we wanted to go. She also gave us information to consider in certain neighborhoods that had MUD taxes and higher HOA dues. And she took the time to go talk with the builder when we were out of town to see if building a home from the ground up was a good option for us. When we finally made a decision on a spec home and knew the timing was crucial since we had just gotten a contract on the home we were selling, she helped us get the contract done even while we were out of town at our daughter's wedding. We loved using Allie and recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home...especially if using a builder.
Allie went above and beyond to help us as first time home buyers find our dream first home where we will welcome home our first child and give our two little pups their first backyard! With her exceptional market value knowledge, she helped us negotiate with the sellers on our offer, and we were able to get the house with a $5k credit towards carpet and $25k under asking price. Even after the sale of the house, she continues to stay in touch and we greatly appreciated the time she spent helping us!
