Victoria Carter was the listing agent on a property that I went under contract on as a buyer. Due to Covid-19 related issues, the financing for my deal was slightly delayed. Victoria used the delay to conspire with another agent from her office to secure an offer from another buyer. With the help of an unscrupulous lawyer, Ron Zoller Esq., they used a loophole to terminate my contract after only approximately 30 days with zero notice. The property immediately went under contract with the other buyers. Her actions resulted in my family getting displaced during a pandemic. Its unfortunate that I must leave 1 star because shes not even worthy of that. If youre looking for an unethical agent whos morally bankrupt use Victoria Carter - shes ideal.
