I drove around the East Forest Park area for a few months and noticed comparable houses listed by Sears. I then checked the website for more info. A family member had done business with Dan Rodriguez and suggested I contact him directly. Two other brokers looked at the house and I felt that were not as thorough and/or reasonable about setting an asking price. One way to low, one way too high!!! Dan nailed it when taking into consideration comparable homes in the area. I am happy to say I got my asking price.
I am grateful that I chose Dan Rodriguez as my broker. There was a delay in the sale due to circumstances beyond the control of myself and Dan. Dan did a marvelous job keeping me abreast of the situations. Although I questioned his reissuance's often, he continued to assure me we were on track and everything would work out.
