How grateful I am that God put Jim into my life...One year later and 2 agents that dropped the ball Jim was in the game the entire time. He's not only a great guy but has a great work ethic and personable. Issues with the title unknown to myself after he took over it seemed hopeless in my mind, but trusted in Jim from the start that he would make it happen. 3weeks ago Jim called and recommended to switch title company to Capital Title. He was not satisfied with the performance or effort of the current title company trying to resolve the title issue. I thought for a brief moment, "Oh great another delay." One week later I closed on my property and throughout that week Jim sent emails at 1 or 2 in the morning and up real early with a text or call about progress.

Jim was easy to work with and provided us with was always quick to answer or return my calls, and most of all, he was honest and upfront with us. He sent us information on each home we were interested in before we looked at the home so we could evaluate them so we didn't waste time on fix r uppers and homes that were in flood areas.
