Kathy is incredible! She provided my husband and I with such a positive home buying experience right from the start. As first time home buyers, she first met with us and educated us on what to expect throughout the entire process. Kathy is extremely knowledgeable in the Mansfield area and surrounding towns and being only somewhat familiar with the area, she gave us the inside scoop on what it would really be like to live in each of the towns we were looking in. She was extremely responsive in communications and is an expert negotiator, which helped to get us the house we fell in love with. From start to finish, she was our real estate guru. We are forever thankful for her and would absolutely use her in the future if we were to ever buy another home. She also referred us to the most amazing mortgage officer, home inspector and closing attorney and we still joke to this day that we had the dream team of real estate.
