Spoke with 3-4 realtors, Tom stood out as responsive without being pushy - and that held true throughout our dealings with each other. One other broker was to show me a house at 8:30 am on a Saturday, never showed up. Called me two hours later to say he could not get in touch with tenant. Others did not call back or had an answering service call me and try to pawn me off on someone else.
Tom stayed on top of both my sale and purchase - was supportive yet willing to keep me on track, asking probing questions when needed that were helpful and good advice. He was not a yes man, he was a "let's do what is best" man, while being considerate and understanding of my needs and concerns. I appreciated that a great deal.
