I worked with Mike to purchase my first home. He came by way of referral from a friend who had recently purchased his home with Mike.

My immediate comment is, you'd be missing the opportunity to work with someone kind, professional, darn good at what he does, fully transparent, and extremely service oriented if you don't work with Mike. This is not an overstatement. Mike and his team were all of these and more.

As a new home buyer, I didn't know the process, approach, and all of the moving parts of purchasing a home. This is where Mike came in and took the necessary time to educate me as well as introduce me to all of the team members (mortgage, legal, etc.) that needed to help us in this home purchase. These introductions were highly tailored to me. He put me in touch with those that had the wiring and chemistry to work with my personality (i.e. someone who needed an educational approach to understand the WHY behind what we did). His emotional intelligence to read me, what I needed, and the type of vendors/partners that suited my needs was high.

We worked as a team. Mike provided me with homes that fit my targets, and I too researched properties. Together, we narrowed in on the right fit for me.

I think it is also important to note that Mike was fair in telling me when properties were over-priced, under-priced, required more work than what I was looking to do and so much more. He did not rush me, and instead, made me feel really comfortable about the purchase I made. I LOVE MY HOME!

Mike also managed the process of closing like a true professional. We were on time, and he kept me out of the struggles of working with seller attorneys which in our case became unnecessarily difficult at the end of the process.

In the end, I don't lend out my trust easily, and Mike has certainly earned it. As long as I am in this area, I will only work with Mike. I have referred Mike out to many others as well. I hope you have the opportunity I did to build a friendship with Mike and his team, as well as find your dream home.
