Mike Hildebrand was the realtor for the sale of my townhouse in Maineville, OH. It was a tough place to sell because of the high levels of rental property in the neighborhood, so I was nervous that I would be able to sell quickly. He had great suggestions on how to stage the house (painting, etc.). The house had an offer within 2 weeks, as soon as the open house occurred in the fall of 2016. n nThe first loan fell through.
