This is my first time doing a review but I HAD to come and tell the world about Erica. My husband and I just closed today and the process was not easy. Between switching loans and buying a foreclosure, there were many things along the way that caused anxiety. Luckily we had Erica on our side to field all our questions, deal with our concerns, and advocate for us in all areas. She was always a text or call away, even at 5am or 11PM. I have no doubt that Erica Swallow is by far the best realtor I had ever worked with. She recently sold our comercial medical building that encountered multiple obstacles throughout the process. She was knowledgeable in how to deal with municipalities, fire departments and every detail needed to made a successful sale. She kept in touch all of the way, always explaining the next step and possible options. She knew how to deal with offers and only thought on our best interests. She recognized a few scams and delt with them accordingly. She has a captivating smile and her positive attitude is contagious. It is impressive to mention her organization skills and the ability to act in a blink. Often I thought how can she be that fast? She moved before I could pick up my phone!!! Finally, Erica is extremely educated with an impressive curriculum that includes NYU and MIT. That allows her to understand in depth the different behaviors and personalities that this challenging job brings on day by day. Not to say that she can entertain any client any time!
