David and Rachel were amazing during our home buying process! Our situation was a little more complex than most as we were moving back home from out of state. This made things a little more involved for David and Rachel as we werent able to be at showings in person. Even with our situation, they did not miss a beat! They were on top of everything and made our process smooth from the time we got their contact until we closed on our home. We can say from experience that they go above and beyond for their clients! We actually had to bring our 15 month old daughter with us to the closing and Rachel happily entertained her the whole time we signed documents. She was a God send through that process and enabled us to focus on our closing, which she absolutely didnt have to do. We would happily recommend them to anyone we know looking for a home in the area!

We couldnt have asked for better realtors! Rachel and David are an awesome team, and were absolutely essential to our homebuying process.
They made us feel like we were their number one priority, no matter how much else they had going on. They were always ready to drop everything and help us at a moments notice; any day, any time. Which is extremely important in this crazy market!
This was our first home purchase, and they explained all of the steps along the way to make sure we understood everything. They were incredibly helpful walking through houses with us, noticing every detail and not hesitating to tell us when a house had too many flaws and wasnt worth it. They saved us from buying a few duds!
It took us months to find our dream house, but they never rushed us. They were patient and encouraged us to hold out for a house we really loved, and we are so grateful for it!
Rachel and David are also a lot of fun, easygoing, and knowledgeable about everything in the real estate world. We were so fortunate to get to work with two people who are both so great at their job. We would highly recommend the Livingstons to anyone!

We worked with David and Rachel on both the buying and selling of our homes. We interviewed many agents and saw multiple listing presentations for selling our home, but they were not only professional and passionate about helping us, they're also the type of people that are easy to be around. We didn't regret our decision one bit. When we got an offer on our home and had to find a new home asap, they made it a fun experience. Thank you for all your help guys!!

Campbell, a seller from Gray, TN There are lots or real estate agents out there but there are some who stand out ahead of the others. David and Rachel are just that...TOP NOTCH! They worked tirelessly and professionally to sell our house in record time. In fact, they had it sold in three (3) days!!! Their marketing strategy is second to none.
