Sheri and John helped us find our home. It was a long journey from me getting qualified to viewing several homes and putting in multiple offers.
We were looking remotely at first and Sheri did many FaceTime video showings for us. We then moved to a temporary home and Sheri was available to quickly show us homes of interest, many were scheduled before we hung up the phone as we were asking for a tour.
It was an uphill battle, we had to learn the market, we were beat out on a few offers along the way, we backed out of one after an inspection.
Sheri and John were there to give guidance, never were we pressured to put in an offer or deterred from walking away from a deal.
We looked at homes in a wide range of prices, we did not feel influenced to pursue one over the other.
We were demanding at times and emotional. Sheri remained calm and focused as we were on this roller coaster.
