Working with Mrs. McBroom was a God sent blessing! We were first time home buyers and didnt really know what to expect. Originally, we had a real estate agent, and we were looking to have a viewing scheduled for a property. In our attempt to schedule an appointment, I contacted Mrs. McBroom. I explained that we already had an agent, wherein she replied Well, it wont hurt anything to go over the property details. Amazed by her enthusiasm and efforts, she stayed on the phone with me for over an hour going over the property details, whereas another agent may have replied I wish you well with your home search. Our original agent was not working out for us, and in less than a couple of days, I called Mrs. McBroom back! She was never too busy to take or return a call, and would go over the property details before scheduling a viewing/ showing. While we looked at multiple properties, there was a day she set aside for my husband and I to look at 8 properties in one day! She always showed up on time and with paperwork that included the property details. The effort that she put into looking for our home, made it seem as if she were looking for the perfect home for her own family. Her phenomenal experience as a Realator and retired school teacher provided a warm and personal touch to our home purchase experience. While she has been a blessing to our family locating our forever home, if I had to choose a Realator again, it would most certainly be Mrs. McBroom!
