Craig is a true professional and a great guy to work with. He understands the market on LBI probably better than anyone and gave us great guidance and advice. Throughout the time we had our home on the market and through the closing Craig was there to lend a hand, make recommendations, and fill us in on what he saw in the market. Never once did we feel pressured to do anything we didn't want to do. Craig was honest about pricing, expectations, market conditions, etc. He was a great asset to us and when we choose to buy or sell again on LBI, I wouldn't think twice before calling Craig.
