Claire helped us purchase the property, and more recently sell it. It's her actions during the purchase, her attentiveness to details, her understanding and compassion, her ability to listen and guide us without directing, was why we chose her to help sell the home we bought with her. Since this purchase and sale were quite unexpected, it was a bit more nerve wracking than we had anticipated. Claire kept us informed through the whole process and calm all the way through the end. She made sure the property we purchased was in "broom clean condition" by the time we closed, and all the previous owners' belongings were picked up in a timely fashion. Claire helped coordinate a cleaning crew to clean the home we sold to take some pressure off of us and to make sure it was better than "broom clean" for the next owner. She also assisted us in finding contractors to put up a fence before we moved in and gave us a list of "go to" contractors to call on if/when needed - which we already did. I presently assist my previous real estate Brokers in recruiting agents and if Claire were in NJ, I'd be all over her to join my old office.
