My husband and I were in New Jersey when we decided to buy a home in North Carolina August of 2022. Both, Victoria and Al were extremely accommodating making it easy to look for Homes remotely. They would recommend homes that were for sale based on our stated preferences, then they would go to the home and video tape their walk through of it. This was our second time buying a home as a married couple in 15 years and we NEVER had anyone go that extra mile. Victoria fought tooth and nail for us on negotiations as we were dealing with difficult, close-minded sellers. Buying a home in North Carolina is very different than buying one in New Jersey, - yet Victoria and Al made clear the differences where we were not blind-sided by any of it when it came to closing. Overall we had a good experience. If you want a team of Realtors that have your best interest in mind - I would recommend you do your research because the difference between a great Realitor and a bad Realtor can cost you your dream home or thousands more than you are willing to pay. When I first moved to North Carolina I was online looking at houses and I meant Al and Victoria from 2002 to 2003 they stayed in touch with me they took me to quite a few houses talk to me gave me suggestions until finally I found the house that I liked and could afford they didn't walk away from me at that point they stuck with me straight through the closing and still today Al and his wife checking on me to make sure everything is okay 2023

Al and Victoria were amazing throughout the entire home buying process. We were first time homebuyers, living 3 states away, and unable to tour homes in person. Yet, they still worked with us through touring many homes on FaceTime and putting offers in on a few more before finding the right home for us.
