Tobias helped my wife and I find our first home in the East Bay. Given this was our first time looking for a home we were unfamiliar with the process and what we needed to get the job done. Tobias took the time to educate us not only on the different neighborhoods and what to look for in a home but also on who we should go to for financing, home repair and landscaping. He has a tremendous network and made sure we were fully taken care of from finding and financing a home to moving in and getting settled.

Having grown up in the Bay Area Tobias was knowledgable on the pros and cons of the different neighborhoods in the East Bay and was able to show us some truly unique houses. When we found the home we really loved, Tobias's market knowledge was invaluable as he recommended to make an early offer even though the seller wasn't accepting early offers at the time. Luckily for us, the price Tobias advised was right on the mark and we were able to beat out all the other buyers in a hot market. If we didn't make the earlier offer we probably wouldn't have won the home.

Finally, before moving in, there was a torrential downpour in the east pay while my wife and I were out of town. Tobias went out of his way to check on the home to make sure there wasn't any flooding while we away before moving in. Truly a great guy and couldn't recommend him enough.
