Unpleasant to have our house purchased with him. An good agent can make real estate transaction easy for the clients.
He does not understand clients are the decision maker and forgot his duty as buyer agent.

Chip & Cindy Pope, a seller from Monroe, NC I'm not sure there's enough space on here to accurately comment on our experience working with Harvey as our realtor. I'd be willing to guess that our situation was a pretty challenging and unusual one for him, as we have done this long distance (from Pgh.) and began the journey with Harvey just about a year ago.
(The length of time was due to a couple surgeries we had to get through. It wasn't all housing issues.) My brother in law is a realtor with Coldwell in Dallas and we asked him for a referral in the Charlotte area. We are blessed that he "found" Harvey AND that Harvey was kind and adventurous enough to accept the challenge. The long distance search and process seemed daunting to us but all along the way, Harvey stayed positive, encouraging and more than willing to look at properties there for us or with us via Zoom as well as the couple times we made it down there to look in person. Having been in our current home for over 38 years, this whole process could have been overwhelming but from the beginning, we felt like we were in good hands with Harvey.
As our search progressed and narrowed, Harvey's experience and knowledge of many things such as legalities, areas, materials, building code, permit issues and most importantly, ethics, proved to be priceless. We were able to put our full trust in him and many times relied on his opinions and advice...having asked for them of course. Nothing was ever too much trouble to him (at least we didn't know if it was) and we have now closed on a home that we are beyond excited about and give so much thanks and credit to Harvey for helping us het here. He's truly a gift and far more than a Real Estate Agent to us...he's a friend!
PS: To a person, every professional we came in contact with in relation to the house, spoke unsolicited, glowing remarks about Harvey and the "great guy" he is. We couldn't agree more! Thank you Harvey Corzin...looking forward to seeing you (you know where we live!!)
