My sister worked with Zoila previously and recommended her to me. I needed someone to help with the sale of a house under conservatorship which is pretty time consuming and difficult. Zoila is knowledgeable about the whole process. The house was in horrible condition and I worried about whether we could even sell it. She was able to find a buyer for us in one week and at a higher price than we originally asked for. She kept on checking in with us on a regular basis throughout the long timeframe this took (due to the conservatorship and court hearings). Everything was explained to us in detail.
